- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D delivery.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return of Unopened Item(s) For Exchange
Ltlacorn.com accepts exchanges on eligible unopened items within 7 days after delivery. Eligible Items: Please note that due to manufacturer requirements, there are some items that are not eligible for return for any reason. Contact our customer service department for more information prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.
How will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For all products arriving Dead on Arrival (DOA) with no damage, you must contact us for further information on return or exchange. Extended Warranty Items: If you purchase an extended warranty from us, you must contact your provider for further information. Please note that due to manufacturer requirements, some items are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Defective items may be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer only.
