Warranty Policy

All Ltlacorn.com products are covered by warranty for Two-Years from the date of purchase. During the two year warranty period, we will – at our discretion – repair or replace the defective product. In the case of a replacement, if a same-model replacement is not available, we may substitute another model of equivalent or greater value.  Proof of purchase or receipt may be required. Repairs or replacements are warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period. This excludes any sale or refurbished items.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY
1.Contact one of our service technicians and explain the problem you are encountering with your product. The technician will help to determine the next step based on your individual case. (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time)
2.If it is determined that your product should be shipped to Ltlacorn.com for further evaluation the consumer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product.

•*NOTE: Please remove all accessories (i.e., SD cards, batteries, solar panels, etc.) before shipping.  Any accessories received by Ltlacorn.com cannot be returned.
•*NOTE: It is recommend that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. Ltlacorn.com     will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving
POST-WARRANTY EXPIRATION REPAIR

Some repairs can be made outside of warranty for a nominal charge. However, in many cases the cost of repair can exceed the cost of purchasing a replacement camera. You may mail your camera to us and we will diagnose the problem and the cost of repair. If it is not cost effective to repair the camera, we will contact you to offer you a discounted price on the purchase of a replacement camera. We will make three attempts to contact you by phone and email.

•Completed copy of RETURN FORM
•Completed copy of PROOF OF PURCHASE

•*NOTE: Non-repairable product will not be returned without specific written return shipping instructions enclosed with the post-warranty package
•*NOTE: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the non-repaired camera. To send your camera to us, please complete and submit the RETURN FORM.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranty Void Conditions – Our warranty does not cover any failures or defects caused by but not limited to one or more of the following: incorrect installations, abuse, alterations or modifications not performed by Moultrie, poor handling, misuse, accidents, improper packaging, abnormal use, shock, power failures/surges, lightning or weather related conditions. Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof where the original serial number has been altered, modified, defaced or removed. Warranty does not cover damage or loss as a result of transportation of the products.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY FEES

Please Be Advised: International customers may be subject to duties, fees and taxes assessed to any returns – whether in or out of warranty – as imposed by their home country. Ltlacorn.com has no control over these charges and must comply with the laws of the countries that we service.
