The menu system was easy to negotiate, I selected a setting making the camera active between 21.00 and 04.00, the approximate hours of darkness at the time of writing this review. An upgrade so the camera can automatically be set to operate dusk until dawn or vice versa would be good perhaps.
The camera can be set to record photos, videos or a combination of both with a range of timings and pauses.
I opted to buy a small tripod to set it on allowing me to position the camera differently each night to capture different aspects to see the most activity possible.

Item arrived before estimated date. super product. everything was as advertised. purchased for my son to use whilst night fishing and works 100 per cent.
Jones –
Really Fantastic camera, perfect for what we want it for, filming wilige at the bottom
Of the garden. Really pleased with it.
Thomas –
found what we weren’t expecting and not what we were. Very easy to use and very clear. Looking for hedgehog but found a rat and cat. Recomend to anyone.
Clark –
Simple to use, images very good both in night and day mode.
Lewis –
Great little camera easy to set up and use well worth the money
Lasse Iversen –
I like my LTL-ACORN 5310WA trail camera a lot!
It is simplicity itself to set up and I got good results the first time I used it to record the nocturnal visitations to my garden. The camera comes with the necessary fixings and fittings to attach the camera to posts, trees or any suitable structure. The only added expense was batteries and a suitable SD card up to 32Gb capacity.
ROBERTO BRESSAN –
Just got this camera. First impressions are good. Didn’t need the instructions as it is very easy to set up.
Tested it to video in the house and it picks up movement quickly and in high quality. It takes 8 batteries but will run on just 4. It also has a port to plug in a power adapter so I will be buying one soon.
Using it for security more than for wildlife, so will edit this review as soon as I get round to it.
Scott –
It seems to be worth every penny.
Not too expensive.
Reasonably easy to set up.
Doing it’s job at the moment.
DIEGO ROBOTTI –
seems well made and has worked well in all conditions so seems weatherproof – versatile and with tripod mount it’s easy to move to different positions – reasonable price and quick delivery. Only criticism is the minimum 5 sec time delay before recording ficks in but I understand the manufacturer’s reasoning for that. Overall would reccommend
King –
Good camera does the job
Alexander Dudley –
I’ve been using this trail camera to watch a fox who has set up home in my back garden. I have set it to record 3 minute segments of video, and even like this the battery life seems very good. The night video is much better than expected, and the PIR sensor sensitive enough to trigger on a mouse running across the field of view about 6ft away. It has been out in all weathers, and the only thing it didn’t like was when frost formed over the lens !
Wright –
I bought this to record the night time activity of our local hedgehog. It has worked great and has caught more wildlife in the garden
Hall –
Great product and great value for money with all parts and memory card included, highly recommend this product 🙂
Harris –
Did exactly what I wanted. Very easy to follow instructions. Excellent pictures. Only drawback is the opening at the bottom, it is so small and fiddly that it needs good light and a keen eye.
Lopez –
Great little camera. Simple to operate and does exactly what it claims to do – if only the wildlife would be a bit more obliging!
Gianpasquale Monni –
Bought my parents this for xmas. They aren’t particularly technically minded but have got it set up and taking good quality photos and videos. Dad recently showed me what they had seen (lots of wood pigeons, magpies, my dog when she visited for a couple of weeks, and more interestingly at least 3 foxes) and I was really surprised and impressed with the picture/video quality (you aren’t going to win photography competitions, but really clear even at night).

Battery life is the only thing that isn’t so great, but they leave it out 24 hours a day 7 days a week and hopefully rechargeable batteries will solve that issue.

I AM NOW ABLE WHAT USES MY GARDEN AFTER DARK. I SHOWED VIDEO OF A FOX TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND AT LEASE THREE ARE THINKING OF GETTING ONE. ONE FAMILY MEMBER LIVES IN THE MOUNTAINS IN THE U.S.A IS ALSO GETTING ONE. BEST BUY YET.

this camera is first rate, easy to set up and operate. It takes excellent photos and video. Highly recommend this product

Solid camouflage unit, was in the need for all this time now and decided on this one, took some time to set it up for night time use at fathers allotment which was straight forward and the results from the night were very impressive, had to make a few adjustments to the brightness but after doing so, could clearly see the animals in the night time which was great, overall the picture and the build quality is decent and does the well job of capturing it.
Matthew Porcher –
Bought this as a present for my parents so wanted something easy to use for those not particularly technologically minded. It is easy to set up and great to have the option of photos and/or videos. Works brilliantly for capturing night activity in the garden. Would recommend.
Lynn Acheson –
The camera provides high quality photos/videos both at night and during the day. I can choose what I wanted photos or video or photos + videos and I can set the length that the camera takes a video from 5s to 30s when motion is detected. I set the timer for 7pm to 7am and interval 15minutes. It worked well and record images of forest wildlife in a humid environment. Sensors work great.
D W Smith –
I bought this as a Birthday present for my Husband after reading the other very positive reviews. The camera is small and easy to fit outside via the “tree/post” strap. It is very easy to get working, my Husband had it running within 5 minutes and the quality of the images is excellent. The added bonus of the option to have images or video or images and videos is an excellent option. this is an excellent piece of kit.
Walker –
I bought the Acron 5210 Pro IR Wildlife Trail Infrared Camera to prevent the stealing lambs in a farm that belongs to a friend of mine, in Alentejo-Portugal.
Robinson –
Great little wildlife camera for the price.

First, the camera arrived quickly after I ordered it. It is as described, arrived quickly, and communication with the seller was excellent.
Now…details. Picture and video quality is excellent. I previously had used 8 and 12 megapixel trail cams and while their picture quality was OK they weren’t nearly as good as this. I use it mainly in 1080p/30fps mode and the video quality is the best I’ve seen from a trail cam. The video quality is good enough I even use this trail cam as a backup/extra camera for shooting video for my YouTube channel.
I have not had it long enough to speak definitively to construction quality but it “feels” like its well put together, not like cheap junk. We have not seen much rain around here the last few months so I took the water hose to it to see if it was as water resistant as advertised, and it is. I won’t really know about durability until I havew had and used it for a longer period of time, but so far, so good.
YES, I would (and probably will) but this camera again.

This is the second one of these cameras that I purchased since I liked my first one so much. I would give this camera 10 stars if I could. I had purchased this camera to put at a house that I’m remodeling next to the driveway to capture license tag numbers just in case anyone tries to take anything while I’m not there. And I actually needed it last week. Someone stole all of my outdoor hand tools and while I do have a full security camera system set up around my house I would not have been able to get the license tag number from that system. So I popped the SD card out of this camera took it to the local PD and they were able to easily make the liscense tag number out and within 2 hours the had the person in custody and I had all my tools back.
This camera has more than paid for itself already.
Mariah Rose –
Awesome Trail Cam. I live in the country and have seen coyote and deer on a regular basis. Now I can capture them in their environment. Great camera. Takes good pictures. I would recommend. Nice price for what you get.
RC –
I really like the products from LTL ACORN, and was happy to review this camera. I have two other cameras from LTLACORN, and I really appreciate that their cameras include a screen directly on the camera so you don’t have to read the card to view your photos/videos. This can easily be overcome by the test photo, so not a game changer. I would also like sturdier clips to close the camera and I think the strap could be wider (maybe an inch wide as is). The positives, however, outweigh the negatives. It is an affordable camera with a screen, it ships quickly, it has a great battery compartment so the batteries don’t move around a lot, it takes great photos/videos, and it is really easy to set up. I would definitely recommend this camera to any novice hunter that wants an inexpensive camera with a screen.
Bill Webb –
OK, so the “Game” I captured the first night I used this wasn’t great (expecting armadillo and got a field mouse) but it did show that you can read the instruction book, set the details you want, put it in place and be capturing images right away. It also shows that the camera is effective on pretty small creatures.
I got 17 images and 17 videos (I have it set to capture a still with each video) and in some the mouse was barely visible at the edge of a frame but the camera triggered and captured it. I think I will change it to do 3 stills in the future.
Also, I have it set right now to begin “watching” at 20:00 (8:00 p.m.) and stop at 06:00 (6:00 a.m.) so I have no daylight images but I’ll try that later. I was interested in confirming that it is an armadillo that is rooting around in our shrubs during the night.
Easy to set up. Fun to use.

Since I am retired I’m always looking for projects for me and my friends to keep us busy and out of trouble with wives. I did not want to spend a lot of money on cameras that might disappear with poor placement so I purchased three cameras from different vendors. As a group we purchased seven cameras ,ltl acorm’cam is the most satisfactory camera.

Starting off, I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. The ltlacorn Trail camera seems nice and sturdy, not super heavy and it was pretty easy to set up. The instruction book has simple, easy to understand steps on how to set it up and how to place it to get the best chance at good photo’s. I got lucky and had four doe’s show up last night, being my first night having it out. The night vision is great and the picture quality is what I would expect. So far, the only daytime photo I got was my crazy dog running around with her stick. I’m definitely planning on buying a couple more.
Jan Robin –
We got the Trail Camera in order to see what critters were coming up on our porch at night and knocking over pots and cans. We have a fenced yard, but small critters could probably still get in. Camera arrived, well packaged with clear, easy-to-follow directions. We set up up the various options, including the one that let’s you set the time frame for the camera to work. I set it up to take pictures from 10 pm to 5 am. Then we set the camera on a patio table pointed toward a spot of particular interest. The next morning, we got our answer! A racoon, which I suspected would be the culprit. Now we know how the lids to the can were removed!

A terrific Trail camera for the price! Takes great pics and videos! Allows you to quickly view photos right on the camera, and you can see them even better if you take out the SIM card and use a card reader to view on your cellphone. This camera takes 8 batteries, so get some good ones. I use this trail cam for surveillance of my property, on the advice of a Police officer (who uses Trail cams for his own property), and I love that its portable that I can move it around to different locations and tight spots around my property to capture videos where my ‘stationed, home-mounted‘ cameras cant get. Love it!
Dallas –
I thought it was easy to setup but once ready to go, it seemed a little tricky getting it turned on to record, but figured it out. Love the ability to capture pics and video at the same time. The daytime images are crisp and clear, and the nighttime ones have excellent resolution. These pictures were all from the first night I had this camera. This is well worth every penny. It is good quality and easy to operate. It has given me something to look forward to each day wondering what new things I might see. I would recommend this trail camera. I am very happy with it.
June Mackenzie –
This camera is excellent for my purposes, which is to track feral cats at a feeding area so that we can learn their feeding patterns in order to trap them for Trap-Neuter-Release programs. It takes excellent quality pictures and all features work well. An excellent value for the price. It replaced a camera made by another manufacturer that worked very poorly. I have been extremely satisfied with this camera!
Jessica –
We used this product for our hunting property. I actually bought a 2nd one after the results it gave us. The pictures were clear and it took tons of pictures. I didn’t even realize it had video when I bought it. That was a nice perk too. I like how it was easy to use. We didn’t have to worry that we didn’t have it setup right.
James –
This trail camera however is easily one of the best! Had this camera for 3 years now, really easy to use, it’s subtle, it can withstand the elements pretty well and it takes quality pictures/videos.
Pros:
– Cost
– Ease of use
– Picture/video quality
– Reliability
– LCD Screen
Daniel –
The camera is solid, the screen seems to be clear and helpful. Comes with a strap Can’t wait to see the monsters in my woods.
Brad Buckhalter –
This camera is one of the best for the money! I have a few of them and they perform flawlessly. Great day and night videos and pictures. These cameras have not let me down yet!!
John B –
This is the first Trail Camera I have purchased. I planned on leaving this in a place where it might be found by people and stolen, so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I bought it because it was a fairly inexpensive model.
So Far I’ve been very pleased. Easy to use interface. No False triggers as of yet. Decent quality pictures, Video is pretty good and captures audio as well. I strapped it on to a tree and it blends in well with the surroundings. I’m actually planning on purchasing another one! The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t start filming fast enough. Whatever comes into the field of view seems to have been there a minute or so before the camera starts filming.
Scott jolley –
Only have had a week to check it out. It was easy to set up and takes great pictures and videos. I am still refining adjustments to suit my needs . So far it is proving to be a good buy.
Jim M. –
I bought this camera to add to my deer hunting arsenal. It seems to take really good pictures so far. I am impressed with the quality of the pictures it took and i only had it set to 8mp. One nice feature is that the red light on the front lights up after you turn it on as the camera counts down before taking a picture. Very nice. One thing i did not care for is that you can only take single pictures when the MP is set above 8. Not a huge deal as I will use this camera for videos only. Overall a very good camera for the price.
Flammer –
The camera saves the time and date if you change batteries quickly, but not if you leave the batteries out for hours before putting in new batteries. Rechargeable batteries don’t last long, but standard alkaline batteries last for many hundreds of 20-second video clips.
Derek –
Very pleased with this little cam. I have used Trail Cams for viewing Wildlife for several years, started when I could only fit a couple cams in my backpack, with this guy I could probably fit about ten.
Elizabeth M. –
Again this camera captures at night with strong infrared LEDs. I like the temperature display on images. I know there are more expensive trail cams that send images to your phone, but if all you want is to see animal/human traffic over a period of time, this camera is great.
TAMMIE STEINMAN –
I had it on a small tree and it looked like a knot hole from a distance. I don’t know how long the 8 batteries will last. but since the camera is on my property I can check it every few days. If you need a good deer cam, buy this one.
Rodolfo –
I like everything about this camera. I am using it to try to figure out what kind of animal is burrowing a hole under my front porch steps. I’m pretty sure it’s chipmunks (little buggers), but I’ve seen all kinds of animals passing through (skunk, fox, raccoon to name a few). The picture and video quality are both very good, especially considering the low cost. My favorite thing about it is how easy it was to set up. The menu has a decent amount of options, but not so many that you have to spend an hour to get going. I had the camera sitting outside within about 20 minutes of opening it! I was actually looking at more expensive cameras, but after seeing all the positive reviews on this one, I figured I would try it. Very happy with this purchase.
Eva Nobles –
At tHave yet been able to have them in the field because of where I use them. I have tested them around the house on the cats and seems to take very good quality pictures both day and night. Nighttime pic’s are better than many of my other cam’s.
Callum Meikle –
Don’t mount it with any branches in the field of view nearby, or it will be triggered by every breeze, and the brightly IR-illuminated branches will be the only thing visible in night videos. A little bait attracts a lot of wildlife.
Sherry S. –
Pros: Inexpensive, compact, good video quality in daylight, acceptable video quality at night, good audio quality, flexible set-up options, good battery life, 16GB memory card holds over 200 videos (20 seconds each).
Chelle –
I’ve used this Wildlife Camera for about a month, checking it several times a week. Overall I’m very happy, especially for the price.
