I am a novice to this trail cam stuff, however, I have to say it’s been a great opportunity to spend some time with the family outside, get some fresh air and find out whats living on your doorstep.

Good entry level wildlife trail cam, with clear daytime pictures & good infrared night pictures within the IR radius. Easy to set up & use. Camera seems sturdy, compact & durable with good shower-proofing seals. Movement sensor is triggered by passing hedgehogs & cats without difficulty – we were impressed to find it was even triggered by a medium sized spider crawling past the first night! It’s been fun checking the memory card every day to see what critters have been visiting the garden each night. The menu/replay interface isn’t entirely intuitive, but gets slicker with practice. On one occasion we’ve had condensation behind the viewing screen, but that was after a particularly humid/rainy night followed by strong direct morning sunlight. It cleared by itself within an hour, so wasn’t a problem & the lens/electrics worked completely fine throughout. Requires 8 AA batteries & a formatted SD card to work (not included).

This camera arrived very well packaged and is a quality product for the price. I am very pleased with the awesome night photos of any animal that passes in front of the sensor.
I did have an issue with the brightness of the daylight photos but this was sorted out extremely professionally & quickly by steven in the Customer Services Department.he was very understanding to my specific problem & sorted the issue out in a very satisfactory, courteous and timely manner. He is an asset to the team who clearly has a good working knowledge of their products and is an excellent customer services advisor.

I have a bird feeder that is constantly being attacked at night. I also happen to have some kind of bird in a vent on the wall.
I saw this camera and thought I would seize the opportunity. I read a lot of comments about LTL ARCON, this will be the first infrared camera I purchased. In the Time Lapse settings, the camera automatically and continuously captures photos/videos at specified intervals. This is useful when observing plant flowering, bird nesting or monitoring unattended properties such as parking lots.
The camera is placed approximately 2.5 meters from the bird feeder and the focus is very clear. I got a night image, which helped me a lot.

About 15 days after the order, I received the camera and packed it very well. It took me an hour to track the settings and found that I didn’t buy the SD card, so I bought another 16G. The SD card was installed and placed behind my garden to monitor how many wild cats there were at night.

Love this camera. After trying a different suppliers version I bought last year, which stopped working 11 months later I was hesitant buying one again as we were missing watching our night visitor. So pleased I did. This camera is simple to use and set up. I like use it to keep it steady on the patio using the strap to secure it to the base of our pergola. It makes it the right height for our night visitor. The sound quality is really good we can hear clearly the hedgehog crunching the food and slurping water….. The Range is excellent meaning I can keep it at a safe distance away from the feeding station. The photos and video are very clear. The camera was delivered very quickly and well packaged. I’ve just received confirmation that I now have a 24 month warranty on the camera but hopefully I won’t need to use it. I now look forward to seeing more of our visitors nightly visits.

This is a very simple and easy to use camera capture system. Simply find a suitable spot, my most successful was next to a pond. Turn it on and leave in situ for a few days. Return and press playback or download to a laptop to see what animal life it has captured. A range of options in the easy to use menu allow you to capture stills as well as good quality video and set the times you want it to work thus preserving battery life. Video recording lengths can also be set. I found 30 seconds the most successful. Finally, I now have the proof I already suspected foxes, badgers are regular visitors to my garden.

The Trail Cam is easy to set up, and there are loads of different programmable features so you can decide when and how to take photos, videos or both.

bought this as a Christmas present for my husband, and it has exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt, and the camera was well packaged. My husband has been using it to monitor the activities of a hedgehog which is a visitor to a shelter he built at the end of the garden. We can see when it comes out for the food we leave, and when it goes back to the shelter. The picture quality is pretty good, much better than expected. I would recommend this product. Good value for money.

This camera has far better resolution, shows a night time shot inside our bird house with this camera。The PIR is very sensitive our cockatiel sets it off with a flick of his wing so you don’t miss anything. the neighbourhood black cat against a virtually black wall and as you can see the LEDs did not disturb it at all.
Overall we are very pleased with this camera and look forward to finding out exactly what is visiting our garden on nights when there is no storm.

The camera is easy to install and easy to follow, and can be mounted via a webbing or wall mount that is only a standard screw accessory.
There are many hedgehogs in my garden, so I tend to use the camera in video mode, so I bought a solar charger to save the battery.
This camera definitely received a 5 star rating.

I recieved my camera a few days ago and decided to put it to the test. The item came expertly packages and was surprised about the robust and durable build with the camera. I am a wildlife enthusiast and wanted something like this to record footage in my local woods of the wildlife. The camera is camouflaged well so theres not much chance of the camera disappearing if you leave it unattended. The resolution and picture quality is amazing with Full definition and the night vision works a treat. I also tried leaving it in the raing and no problems with it being waterproof. I would defianately recommend this product, one happy customer.

This camera is an update on the ltl-5210A which I previously owned. The ltl-510A has more infra-red bulbs which are high up, nearer the camera lens, which gives a better and more evenly distributed night time illumination.
This version is also easier to set up because of the design of the door. All the working parts are contained in the body of the camera, so once the camera is set on the tripod, or tied to a tree, the working part does not move, the lens and infra-red lights are part of the door.

OMG! this little Trail cam is fantastic for the money! I always wondered what was running around my garden after dark ever since i was a kid.
So i thought id treat myself and find out once and for all.
So i set it up (very easy) popped it out in the garden the waited for an hr or 2 and got this pic of a rat! eeewwwww.

I bought this trail camera hoping to catch on video and take some pictures of the various wildlife we have visiting our garden. We also visit many interesting places where this camera will be handy in capturing the videos of deers, fixes and some wild boares. So far I have tested it in the garden at night. It survived with no problem the snow and rain which we had plenty of lately. I have tried various settings and like the time-lapse most, especially when it was snowing. It was really easy to set up and use. I’ve just used a plastic zip tie to fit it to the fence post at the end of my patio facing the garden. It turned out that these were the foxes who was stealing my garden shoes. They looked very clear in the night vision.
I would recommend using a good quality batteries, or if you plan to use it a lot buy some rechargeable ones.

It’s worth buying a basic camera. If you are a newbie, buy it. The setup is relatively simple and can help you see what animals are in your garden.
Randy Jotte –
I used the camera overnight on a 15 second video setting and was lucky enough to catch a barn owl perched on a fence.
I also tried stop frame photography, trying to show a pea growing in damp cotton wool, taking one frame every 5 minutes, but after 5 days of filming the pea did not sprout. I did check to see if the camera had been working, and yes, it had taken roughly 1400 frames. I have yet to find out what determines the speed of the replay, frames per second.

The camera also offers other features like time lapse or preset recording times. The unit has a small display to use for adjusting the settings and reviewing images and video. The battery compartment which seems very weather resistant. The control buttons inside the battery compartment are marked, but the markings are difficult to see and read. I often find myself using a “hunt and peck” approach to make the changes I need but Im sure I’ll become more efficient with the button layout eventually. Overall it functions well, seems durable, and it is a very nice inexpensive unit

the motion sensor sees an animal and photographs it. After a delay (that you set) it will begin videoing the area for an amount of time that you set. Shorter video times save room on the SD card (not included).

The camera settings are easy enough to understand. Scroll through settings similar to a digital camera. Once set up, mount it using the included strap or other included hardware to mount it in the desired location.
